Extremly overcrowded. You were ushered inside and basically stood in one spot. You did not have teh availability to look around because it was so crowded.The selection was very small on the sale items. i felt rushed

I went to a Pandora store where the store was fairly small, things were a little bit tight, there were too many people and not enough sales associate. Most of the merchandise was sold out (I realize it is not entirely Pandora's fault but I could not look at everything I wanted) and I felt rushed

It was extremely busy, so the wait to get into the store was about 30minutes or more. Not the stores fault at all, but maybe there can be a way in the future to ask each person waiting what they are looking for and see if it’s in stock before they wait 30+ minutes and Pandora not have the item. Other than that, staff did the best they could. :)

It was a busy day had to stand in a line felt like I just had to purchase and leave didn’t get a chance to browse to see if I wanted something else . The only reason why I stayed this was what my girls wanted for Christmas

The charm I wanted was no longer available atvthe store. Was hoping to get this last minute Christmas item here. No fault on the stores behalf, but that would have made the visit perfect.

Pandora product quality os excelent.

I went in to buy a 50th birthday present and the associate told me they were out of boxes for charms I wanted to purchase. The associate proceeded to place them in a cheaply made envelope so I said I didn't the packet so I will go to another store to purchase. Well I went back again the same day to get the charms saw another sales associate and they did have the boxes for the charms. So expensive was inconsistent and it's very important that the sales associate try to satisfy a client then letting walk away for a simple request like a box for my charms.

The store is tiny so when there is more then 6 people in it, starts to get cramped. Also there was only 1 catalogue book out for people to look through so you have to wait for it. Should be at least 1 on each counter.

I understand it is holiday time however I stood in line outside the store for 1.5hrs. There were no chairs and I have a disability and suffered in pain all night long.
