It took a while for someone to help us locate “friend” charms. And while we were looking, other associates kept interrupting to put things in the display case. We probably would have left except that we really wanted a charm that day.

I was very satisfied the people in the store was very friendly.Perla was awesome!

I am satisfied with my visit. I did not mark "highly" only because I received the same service as usual.

Some pieces are a little expenses

Porque me hicieron esperar en fila para ser atendido, entiendo que es parte de su concepto, pero espere 20 min. El resto de la experiencia fue muy agradable, el chico muy atento. Me encanta que tengas los precios en el catálogo y bueno la larga espera el Linea me sirvió para elegir el regalo perfecto dentro de mi presupuesto. Después de esa compra, regrese a Pandora en mi país México, y fue muy triste ver que acá no tienes la opción de ver el precio de los charms, los dijes y las cadenas. Es un poco incómodo estar preguntando los precios de todo.

After choosing which charms I wanted, the associate simply grabbed them from the stock and didn't even recommend a cleaning. I had to ask. After wrapping, the associate simply threw the boxes in the bag as though they were the cheapest charms in the world. Couldn't believe that!

Queria comprar dijes como la torre eifell en oro y no habia tanta variedad como lo había en plata.Ademas por compras superiores a 4000 te deberían regalar algo o hacer algún descuento.

habia muchos clientes en la tienda y muy pocas vendedoras, habia que hacer cola para entrar y se demoran mucho en atender, luego queria comprar un anillo y no tenian disponibilidad.

I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for however the person helping me was not very friendly. She barely talked to me about the products unless I ask a question and she hardly smiled. I was ready to get my earrings and leave. The second time I came in the girl was different. She was a lot more friendlier.

Went there to get a certain bracelet and was satisfied.
