First sales associate told us ring in size 7 was not available. We returned to store 30 minutes later and a different sales associate sold us the same ring we wanted in a size 7

I received as a gift a bracelet with a robot girl charm. Due to an accident I had, the charm is now a bit bent and it makes noise as you move your arm. That didn’t happen before. The associate told me they could not fix it becuase it wasn’t a manufacture problem. I understand but it would have been much appreciated if at least they could’ve have checked it in more detail to see if it could’ve been fixable.

I didn’t see the less exspensive merchandise... if I would have , I would have bought more. And the space was so crowded.

Price. No discount. No coffee.

One of the sales associates not sure if it was the manager made my sister and I feel as 8f we were lowly criminals just because of our skin tone. Had it not been for the wonderful service of the sales associate that was helping us we would have simply walked out. This was my very first time purchasing a pandora and had it only been the lady I presume to be the manager I would have never stepped foot back into another pandora store.

Didn't have some of items I wanted.

They staff work there are the best. I find what I needed. This store is my favorite

The assistant wasn't as helpful as other stores. I wanted assistance with the size i required but she didn't help me with this. She was more interested in talking to the other staff.
