Great customer service and very friendly sales associate

During Black Friday sale I purchase what I thought was a pair of earnings turned out to be only one.After getting home ready to wrap the gift,I opened the box and to my surprise there was only one earring.In this matter the sale representative should have explained to me as the buyer this item only comes with one earning.That was very disappointing!

Pandora is supposed to have a charm for almost anything, but per the sales associate there is no great grandchild charms. Very dissapointed

There was a waiting line to enter the store, which I anticipated, however unlike last year there were no catalogs passed out to help shorten the selection time once a customer was served. We asked and they provided only one catalog to the person in the front of the line.

Since my credit line was declined there was no other way to get a discount

The one salesperson that did offer help was pleasant and helpful. Was a very small store. She was very helpful.

It was busy in Black Friday, and people had to wait on line to get in. When people came in, they were lead to the assigned sales associate, but for me, I just wanna walk around and see what I like and purchase. But at that day, the sales asked us what I would like to see, I actually wanna look at everything but it is kind of busy and I just say bracelets. For me, the best way for customers is to look around by themselves. If they have any question, they can ask. But overall it is good.
