Why clean the counters with super smelly spray with customers in the store? It was pretty close to closing time. My daughter was determined to buy a charm but my lungs spasm with certain inhalants, they do bother her but not as much. They kept cleaning, saying, “it’s just Windex!!” as I waited outside. That is not good customer service.

IF I CAME TO SPEND MONEY ON MY GRANDDAUGHTER BDAY GIFT REALLY DIDNT NEED ANYONE BREATHING DOWN MY NEXT LIKE I WAS GOING TO WALK OUT WITHOUT PAYING THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS AWESOME BUT WHOEVER THE OTHER GUY WAS WAS VERY NOTICEABLE WITH THINKING WE WERE THIEVES

I feel as though the employees didn’t exemplify any outgoing personalities. I just noticed a bunch of frowns however they were still friendly and helpful

This was my first Pandora experience. I was purchasing a charm for my boss' birthday to go on her Pandora bracelet. I looked initially on line and then called the store to check availability. I asked the sales person to hold 2 charms for me for 24 hours. Not only did she hold the charm but she shared valuable information with me. I needed to know the kind of bracelet the person had because the two charms I selected were different and fit different types of bracelets. That was very valuable information. I would not want to have purchased the wrong type of charm.

I think it would be nice if the salespeople tried to understand your style. I like to hear compliments too. I am also open to learning about coordinating pieces.

This was my first Pandora experience as my daughter received a bracelet for Xmas. While the experience was good, we got home and realized the associate gave us the wrong charm. She showed us the right one "Granddaughter" and even my receipt says "Granddaughter" but when we got home we looked at it and it says "Daughter". I now have to return to the store today to exchange it. I live over 30 minutes away and now have to leave work early to go and exchange it. I also do not like going to the mall so this is a major inconvenience. Again, I'm sure an honest mistake but a huge inconvenience for me.

I had to wait in line outside the store for an hour and 17 minutes before I could go in. There were three individuals that appeared to be managers who were not waiting on customers. There should be a line for people that are exchanging/returning that already know what they want.

Tuve que esperar como 15 minutos en una fila para ser atendido. Me ofrecen agua a mí y a mis acompañantes y luego la q nos la ofreció nos dice que no hay agua. Si tienen promociones ó ventas especiales, lo ideal sería que tuvieran más dependientes atendiendo.
