Items I was looking for not in stock

I didnt find all the Pandora merchandize I was looking for.

The Jewelry Product I was looking for was showing available in the store when I checked online on the website but unfortunately was not available in the particular store.

Firstly I went to this Pandora store, not only to purchase a new bracelet, but also to have exchanged, two beads that have gone faulty. They were not replaced because I have had them just over a year, thud was considered general wear and tear. They are the bead that has several small pearl hearts in and several have fallen out. Secondly, the assistant was talking over me with a colleague in Spanish and not focusing on what she was doing with my bracelet. It was very frustrating.

There was one customer that smelled really bad and it was extremely hot in the store.

The store was overly crowded and there wasn’t much of a selection for the size 10 rings. I would like to see more size 10 rings. The sales associate was not overly friendly with me.

It want even a big sales day, and there were only 3 customers in the store. I had to wait in line our side of the store.
