There was a line to entering to the store, that was the negative aspect of the purshase

In general, it was a good experience, but I don’t like waiting outside of the store for a long time before being attended. There was a huge line.

Because when I return to pick up my bracelets that I left them for cleaning it was a customer that arrive to the line at the same time that I do, but I stand in the exit line and when the associate finished I get in to give her the ticket to pick up my stuff and the lady that was waiting start saying ok I was here first but yeah you can jump in front of me and I stand beside her and explain the process but I think that she is a Trump fan because she didn't want to hear what I was saying inclusive her little lady start talking around me and she said come on baby don't talk to her the thing here is that I told to some of the associated what happens but no one explain her the process for pick up when you already wait a half hour in the line, that's why I was not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora Experience

The length of time spent with one set of customer was ridiculous, even when the store was about to close, this one set of customer was still in the store not taking to consideration the people waiting in line outside. It’s inconsiderate of them and also the sales personnel.

The reason why is because I would have liked the sales associate to be more helpful to me and not stay quite the whole entire transaction.

The store was extremely small

Promotional weekday. Store very small, very busy. GREAT staff, excellent service and very knowledgeable about product

Sales representatives were extremely courteous

The store is too small for so many People. The attention was good.
