I was satisfied with my experience. I will not recommend or return to that location in 90 days because I am visiting from out of town.

We got back to hotel and opened the ring box noticing that a tiny crystal is missing off of one of the rings. Tried to call customer service 7/3/20 @12pm closed for holiday. Would like to know if we can go to any pandora store for an exchange? 843-300-9273 we live in Charleston, SC. Overall the store was clean, and up to par. Staff was very informative. Thanks Pandora this is another piece of jewelry over the past 4 years we have bought from you guys.

Better explanation of the fit of the bracelet. I have measurements and at first wasn't very confident in what she had advised me to get.
