The Sale associate offer to show me clips at one price been then presented me with clips at a higher price.

I did not receive one part of my order and did not notice until home. Also had to specifically ask for a “free gift” that I qualified for, that they definitely weren’t going to give me.

I was not able to move around store to see options. I understand that it was due to COVID and the staff was very helpful but I didn’t get to experience the full experience with my daughters because they were not allowed in due to the limit in persons in the store

The pieces I bought are highly expensive for the material I saw yet the employee was not aware with all the staff I needed and last I couldn’t find my exact size for the pieces I chose

Celestina and her manager were great. They helped me find a gift for my mentee. She is a filing major and we were recommended two charms which we brought. My mentee loved her gift. We will be back. I just wish it was more charms focusing on college students majors.

Curbside service was great but had to go in since the store's wifi would not work in the curbside area. Otherwise the service was quick.

I was so excited about starting my Pandora charm bracelet. I only wore it one day and it fell apart. I returned it right away and was told it just happens because it's handmade. I'm not sure if I feel at ease with that answer. The sales agent did see how much I loved that particular bracelet and there was no other in my size. She did call over at another mall and had them hold it for me and that was very nice. So it took all morning for me to get it resolved but I'm just worried about the quality.

I wasn’t highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I called in and asked for the size 7.1 to be put on hold, and they ended up holding a size 7.9. Then it took about 5 extra mins just to find a 7.1 and then it kinda got confusing. But other than that, it was good.
