I lost my phone in the store. No one saw anything. And they didn’t help at all.

The interaction was fine. There was just no attempt at personal connection, adding on, etc. It was a “clerking” experience.

The store associates were helpful, they wore masks, they cleaned the counter after every customer; Well Done My issue is maybe they should have customers use hand sanitizer when they enter the store if they are not wearing gloves. I also wanted to see more charms. I'm not sure if all of the charms available were in the store, but if not it should be.

I got a bracelet and had to return to store the next day for a new one because the clasp wasn’t working properly.

There was a slight issue with securing the clasp on the bracelet after the new charm was added. I was a little worried it might've been broke because one of the employees seemed concerned when they were having trouble with it, but it was just a little tight so it worked out fine.

It seemed like the employees were distracted while I was trying to check out. I heard a argument between a customer and a employee, for reasons unknown to me.

I had a positive experience at Pandora. I'm just not sure when I need to return to Pandora. If I come back, it might be at this location or one at Walt Disney World.
