Line and wait can take too much time when you already know what it is that you want and just need to purchase and grab it without window shopping like other customers.

Though this years grandmother charm is much better than last years, the newest grandmother charm is overpriced for what you get. I would never have assumed that it would be $90 since there is only one small stone on it with etching. The selection for my mother in law whom we always purchase charms and jewelry for is lacking, or the sales associate did not have much for me to choose from when I said I was looking for a gift, for a person who is a new grandmother, the grandsons birthday is may, and her favorite color is purple.

I went in to purchase two items. I also wanted my bracelet cleaned. They refused. Saying they could not clean my bracelet due to the pandemic. Really, I was in another Pandora store the previous week and they were cleaning customers jewelry.

I felt the sales associate would rather I not exchange the bracelet for a more comfortable size. Eventually she did offer the opportunity to try on a different size bracelet. There was great team work in the store.

There is always room for progress. I never felt I wasn't satisfied but we can always have room for progress.

The worker that I got was very rude to my cousin and I. She was not friendly and did not look like she liked her job what so ever. She wasn’t cheery or anything she just wanted us to get the ring and be out right away honestly upsetting but the boy that was there in the mall at Orlando was very cheerful towards my cousin

It always a challenge to purchase from your store I wish your store’s we much bigger all of them are like a shoebox
