The store space could be a bit more spacious

Great store and people

When we arrived at the store there were two associates with no customers and they looked at us and turned the other way. I was tempted to leave but I decided to stay. Another associate came out of the back and cam right to us and assisted in or purchase.

The associate stated I could shower in my bracelet which I later found out is not a good practice. She did not show me how to open/close clasp to put on and take off bracelet. She did not offer that a clasp key was available to aid in opening the clasp.

??? I was not sure why I am being asked. I was highly satisfied. The associate that helped us was fabulous. Very kind! The only thing I would suggest is if you give a birthday discount give it when you are in the store. I was there for my birthday and they said I had to receive an email for a discount....I am here in the store purchasing why not give it?

We were not greeted by anyone while in line waiting to enter the store. We were rushed in and told where to go. No one looked to see if we had a preferred Pandora card to move us towards the front of the line and into the store.
