The store was not supplied with a great selection of the items I was looking for. The products were showing to me 3 at the time and it was very difficult to see through the glass because it was either scratched or dirty. The online store is a much better option

The product is good but I was given an open product which was used for show in store. Not a brand new

I truly did love my experience at pandora. The only thing that bothered me was that it was more expensive in person than online. I wanted a charm that was $35 online and in person it was $45.

I was highly satisfied especially with the rep. I left very educated. I know what to look for now

The lady was nice. But what brought me in the store was my gift card was not working for my online purchase. So I went in to make the purchase. I also had 10% coupon that I would’ve loved to use but it was only valid online. Which was fine but my gift card was not working so that’s why I came in the store. I asked the associate if she would be able to to accommodate my code being I have was having issues online and she declined. That was kind of disappointing. However I loved my charms and I will continue to shop at Pandora. However I still think she should have made an exception considering the online glitch.

There weren’t many people in the store, however I had to wait a long time to be let in. Then I felt very rushed to leave.

The store was small and required a wait outside prior to entry. Line outside made you feel rushed. Selection could be better with larger store.

The restriction to enter the store. This pandemic scare has been carried out too long. Take down the barricade!!
