Pandora Jewelry

I felt rush! I know it’s a huge sale going on but customers should have time to view their selection and make purchase without feeling like they need to hurry up.

Looking at the Dimmond collection and the ring sizes don’t go up to a 64 but never mind. Bought two other ring instead that are great. Also store at Florida Mall were horrid. Wouldn’t let me look at rings or even buy a ring because there were doing an audit! The manager was not helpful, if you know your size and the rings you want you should be able to buy them there and then not wait a week. Hence going to the other mall.

I don’t like how often I get turned away when I bring my pandora jewelry in to be cleaned.

lack of merchandise, it takes a long time to be attended to, and when it came to being attended to, the attendant could not tell me what was available for the amount I wanted.

The waiting time outside the store was more than expected. But the sales representative was awesome. Very professional and knew exactly what I was looking for.

The sales representative was very nice. My complain is about the long wait in line to get assistance. The store wasn’t that busy but some associates were just taking longer chatting not worried about the line.
