Friendly staff.quick service. Knowledge of my requirements and the product

We were able to walk right in and be served. The only reason we won't returning to this store is that we are from England and we're just visiting. The lady that served us was polite and knew exactly what we were asking for with little explanation. We changed our minds a couple of times on the exact purchase and she was very understanding and accommodating

It was just a basic vist. Nothing wrong just bad

One of my old Pandora rings were fading, and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Furthermore, I found out the rings are under warranty which I was unaware of. I did not keep my receipt but would have if I knew this.

The timing of the day that I entered the store and the associate was cleaning. I also had to repeatedly describe the item that I was interested in purchasing. Overall, services was great!

I just don’t live in the area by I feel like the associates could have been more friendly or something but just talked amongst themselves

The discounts were not applied and had to return to store

I wasn’t highly satisfied because of the wait. I didn’t understand why customers had to wait outside the store.
