Great Customer Service. They offer water and snacks for the kids. Very organize, and of course the quality of merchandise is like no other. Pandora lover!

I found the sales staff to be more than knowledgable and capable. Leah was our sales associate and she was friendly, accomodatiing, and knew her product well. The merchandise was displayed very well and was easy to make choices. The close of the sale was excellent and it hit all of the areas neccessary to have a pleasant ending to the sale.

Excelente atención y resolución por la Srta. GYARA, quien me atendió en forma muy amable y me presto su ayuda ya q tenia un inconveniente muy importante puesto q no podía usar mis 3 pulseras porque se me salían los charms.... The staff is amazing and take time to help design bracelet with us and are very knowledgeable. My sales associate is Ingrid and she is very patient with me. I made exchange and got what I needed. My only complaint is that the store size is too small- needs to be at least double the size and needs to have a seating area for design/ customizing bracelet

Isess, Ingrid, and Jasmine all helped me and provided me with the best customer service i could ever ask for. The purchase was a win and i am glad to bring my gifts home. Millenia is the best store.
