Although I didn’t qualify for the Pandora credit card I was able to exchange the broken bracelet which made me really happy

The store was a little busy but the employees were nice and friendly, they keep me posted an when someone would be free to help me. And when I got help the lady who service me was nice and friendly.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and presented me with many options on what I was going to buy. I was impressed with how much she knew about the products

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff helped me with selection of items. Staff helped explain special that was going on so I received earrings for free with purchase.

The wait time to enter the store was less than five minutes. The manager greeted me to tell me that my presence was acknowledged. I had a chance to browse a booklet during that time.

I kept coming back because of the promotions. I had $10 off because of the survey from my last experience and there was a 20% off coupon I'd been given because I was a frequent local customer. Then there was the promotion to spend $100 and get a free $65 ring or earring. Combining all of these I managed to save $100 when I purchased two items and got one free. It was worth it. Now I have some beautiful jewelry that I might've passed on before due to the overall price.
