My sales associate, Dee Dee, was very professional, especially in her manner and dress. She knew the product very well, and helped me make good decisions in selecting my charms and the placement on the bracelet. I have been to this store several times and have always been extremely pleased with the service I received.

I was on vacation in Florida during Black Friday. I was very happy to find a pandora store in the mall. The staff was very friendly and help full. I did not have my bracelet only a picture the associated could tell from my picture of the bracelet what charms I had this was very helpful.
