Although there was a wait due to holiday crowding the associates were very friendly, patient and helpful. I did an exchange as well as purchased 6 charms a bracelet and a ring. Great promotion!

The line was long but moved very quickly, which was nice. Pandora staff were assisting customers in line, I asked if the product I wanted was in stock so I did not have to wait in line for no reason. They checked if the item was available and informed that it was. When it was my turn to enter the store a staff member found the ring I wanted swiftly and processed my transaction. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I was very satisfied with my experience.

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I knew that I wanted a gold bracelet and charms for our 50th anniversary. When my husband and I left the store I had purchased a beautiful anniversary gift.
