There was an awesome sale going on, regardless of the store being full I was given a great service.

I love that when Pandora runs events that are popular, they have a system in place for everyone to get a turn. I was immediately greeted and welcomed, even though it was not my turn yet. I know events are busy for service staff, but everyone was professional. I also love that the store was stocked with lots of inventory.

Daniel Lewis the asst. store manager and Marzia the stylist were very helpful and friendly. It was very busy, but they took their time and helped me decide. It was such a pleasure. They both made me feel very special and I will go back again. I love Pandora jewelry and it was the free bracelet event and that is nice too. Thank you for having great employees working for your company.

We were looking for Pandora charms for our daughter's birthday to be given to her by her sons and ourselves, her parents. We were extremely pleased with the service by the sales associate, her knowledge of the product and helping us make the correct selection.

Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful, but not super pushy like some of the other associates are. She helped my daughter try on different pieces and suggested items to go along with some we liked.
