Awesome service

This was my first visit to a Pandora store. It was an unusual experience. I don't mean that in a bad way. I'm use to walking into a jewelry store and being able to walk around and browse. However, when I arrived at the store there was one person ahead of me in a queue.. He was basically waiting to be helped at the entrance to the store. All of the other clerks were assisting other customers. It was not a very long wait until my turn. I was directed over to a clerk and he asked me what I was looking for. From that point, I never moved around the store. I think this is by design. Instead, the clerk brought everything over to me to my position. He was very helpful and I was satisfied with my purchase at the end of the transaction. This will be a gift.

The sales person was nice. The store was clean. The staff was friendly.
