I had made a purchase just days before the start of the Black Friday sales. Claudia and the assistant store manager made the return and new purchase simple and easy. I was even able to add to my purchase. Claudia made the gift look beautiful. Even while waiting to be assisted, the other employees were kind and conversational. Great customer service!
