Taylor and Katie (Asst Store Manager) are the 2 best employees you have probably in Central Florida. You should use them as your regional training team. They by far exceeded my expectations... their patience, knowledge, love for the merchandise, and Enjoyment to be working there is very obvious. I feel that I will be back because of them only. I love your product but the Pandora store in Altamonte is the closest to my home and I never go because of the 2 bad experiences. This experience tonight makes me want to buy it all the things from Taylor and Katie.. I heart them.. amazing customer service, even when I changed my mind and only bought half my order they were not disappointed or pushy..
