My experience was very convenient because of the service of Gyara. She treated me very kindly and made the whole process of returning and exchanging some merchandise I purchased. Her attitude and service made me a customer at the millenia mall store for all of my Pandora purchases.

Excellent customer service. Staff was very knowledgable. Manager was super understanding I needed to exchange a gift that my coworkers gave me for my birthday and did not have the receipt she was so kind as to exchange it for me since I already owned the charm.
