Dariana & Katie were absolutely wonderful! I have dealt with Katie before & she is always so great & so knowledgeable!! If I didn’t have my husband with me, I have a feeling I would have bought the entire store! I have recently moved 30 minutes away from this store but came out of our way (we have another pandora 10 minutes away) to shop at this store because we know the selection & customer service would be only the best! Thanks again Katie & Dariana!!

I was visiting this Pandora store on vacation and was very pleased with the service I got here. I found a Florida charm for my bracelet that was really pretty. They also took both my bracelets and cleaned them while I shopped at other stores.

Good customer service

The clerk was very helpfully and knowledgeable of the the product exchange. When the clerk got to the point where she needed the management to finalize the exchange, she and management was right on it. Since my product was ordered online it was just in a brown boxes; which the clerk put both bracelets and charms in the Pandora bags.

The shop was easy to pass through to get to where we wanted to get to. The staff were very polite and helpful. The shop was clean and tidy and well organised.

The person who worked with me was new. So it was slow process. But she was nice. My bracelet looks great
