When I entered the store all the associates were busy but they acknowledged me and smiled, I waited till one was free. A very nice gentleman helped me, he offered me other items, wanted me to try it on. It was a gift and I had already ordered other things online so I declined. Overall my experience was great, it was short pleasant and sweet. I looked a mess so I was grateful that nobody made me feel judged.

Looking for a particular ring for my wife. I called first to confirm it's availability and doing so I got the pleasure of being helped by Ashley. She was very pleasant and helpful and offered to put the ring aside for me. Once at the store, she immediately took care of me in the same pleasant and professional matter she expressed on the phone. Will recommend Ashley and that store, Excellent!
