Sales associate was assisted by the store manager during my exchange process. I had purchased a ring for my Wife which was too large. The associate noticed that the smaller ring was not in the display case and went to check the stock in the store room. He was successful in finding the desired size, so therefore I was happy, and most importantly my Wife was happy.
