The sale associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store wasn't quite open as of yet but the associated was super helpful n invited me in so that I could make my purchase as fast and quick as possible she exceeded my expectation was met.

Excellent customer service, I will definitely go back to buy eventhough I have to travel the extra miles away from the closet stores around me. The salesperson very friendly, professional and not rushing, respecting what I was looking for .

I’m not sure what his name is, but the gentleman who was working on 05/29 was wonderful. I called the store ahead of time to see if they had two particular Harry Potter charms in stock. He placed me on hold to confirmed they had them, then put them aside for me until I got there. The same gentleman helped me when I got to the store. I complimented how nice the store looked and smelt and he informed me that they clean the store after every customer! That’s amazing. He had another associate ring me up so that he can wrap the charms beautifully since he knew this was a birthday gift for my niece. He also informed me that they will be releasing new charms for the Harry Potter line. Overall I know my experience was very nice and stress free. This is why I love this store! ❤️

The sales associate was friendly. I knew what I wanted before I got to the store . When I told her she produced the items in seconds. I had questions and she answered them. She was very courteous.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and informative about my issue of exchanging my purchase. She showed me various clips and told me about cleaning products. She also told me about the pandora bag that the item arrived in as a place to keep and maintain the integrity of the braclet.

Great service Didn’t feel rushed Associate was professional and gave me a mask, because it was required to be able to be in store.
