Becuase I love my pandora

It was easy to find in the mall. There was only 2 other customers in front of me and the line went fast and smooth. The associate knew about all the charms I had asked for which made shopping for my wife so much easier.

I did Curbside pickup and it went smoothly. Except-I did not receive my receipt via email.

The customer service was awesome. The merchandise is always top shelf and beautiful. I was satisfied with the pricing for the quality pieces I purchased for my birthday!

First and foremost they were keeping the store very sanitized and keeping us safe limiting the customers in the store so those COVID 19 precautions are extremely appreciated second they had a smile underneath the mask they were always professional and the customer service was amazing they showed me new things about my charms they reorganize them no one had ever took the time to give me knowledge about my charms and bracelet and I started this Pandora journey two years ago I truly appreciate the going above and beyond. Ali is listed on my receipt as the sale person but both Pandora representatives female and male were excellent don’t have the other name I want both to be recognized at the Millenia Mall in Orlando,FL on 5/31 mid day,,, we spent $500 (two transactions) my daughter and I and we were satisfied thank you Pandora
