My experience was efficient with pandora and the person who assisted me as well. It was just the other co workers around. They did not speak and they weren’t welcoming as well. But the overall experience was great and I love my bracelet with the promotion of the free charm.

My sales person Jose was friendly and patient as I was contemplating between charms. He recommended what would look best and gave honest opinions when I asked for his input. I also brought in my old bracelet and he assisted in reordering the charms. :)

The store was clean. The associates were friendly and helpful and even though due to COVID 19 we had to wait outside the wait was not long and the service did not feel rushed
