Store was clean the worker's there were awesome 👍... I needed something for my daughter's 16th birthday 🎂 and both women were so helpful and very nice showed me so much loved my first experience with them. Definitely will be there soon.

1. Ashley the sales associate that helped me was beyond kind, helpful and professional. 2. Check out with Ingrid was great! she was very nice! 3. This was such a great and positive experience after having a horrible experience at the pandora store 0491 with Karla. 4. At store 0218, I was able to find the bracelet, I was looking for. I was able to tell ashley and ingrid where i wanted to wear it, without them telling me no. Like Karla did at store 0491. I will not be returning to store 0491, if Karla has to help me. The other Karla was so much better.

The transaction was smooth. The associates were very helpful. Not only were all my needs met and exceeded but they handled fast. I love pandora
