They never made me feel rushed in selecting my items, even though I procrastinated a bit due to indecision. They were patient and efficient. It all went quite smoothly.

I came in there to get a charm picked up and I purchased clips the associate helped me so much since this is my first bracelet and I was surprised because I was looking for the cocktail charm and my bf told them not to tell me that he bought it and then later surprised me with it. They are all amazing and made me feel so special
