I was satisfied with my purchase. I love Pandora and their products. I will continue buying my pandora bracelet and charms.

I chose to complete this survey for one reason. The young lady that took care of me not only displayed professional demeanor, but gave me a tid bit of information that no other sales rep had ever provided me with before...the fact that my Pandora card will get me priority entry into the store; rather than waiting in a lengthy line. Made me happy!

The staff was very friendly and made the process so much easier, especially since I was buying the product for a loved ones. They recommended stuff and made the whole process a lot easier.

I have a really great job and I make good money but I usually get profiled when I go into stores. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful and made me comfortable. I honestly had a great experience. I believe the manager was Lorraine and my sales associate was Karen. They made sure I was taken care of, gave me their feedback, listened to what I was interested in, and helped me select a beautiful bracelet. I have had two bracelets from pandora, one of which was stolen, but I intend on getting more. When I do shop again, I will definitely return to this location.

Good options to give a gift for a women. The pins for my opinion it’s expensive if we compare for a ring. This store is to small :( mall at Millenia Orlando FL

Vanessa was such a pleasure. She helped us pick out a gift for my mom for Christmas and was very nice about it. She showed us different charms for the necklace we purchased and it was such a pleasant interaction. Customer service is lost now a days but the interaction with Vanessa was great. Thank you!

The guys that checked us out was very nice. Every charm I wanted was in stock. I was a bit bummed because the free bangle was sold out.

Very clean, everyone has a mask and gloves. There were only 2 customers per attendant which is good. Obviously you need to know what you are looking for in advance cause you cant wonder around the store but the associates were nice to show us everything. Love the store
