A sales associate greeted me right in the doorway immediately as oriented me where to go. Service was fast and I was shown several options.

Great service. However there are no stores that want to clean jewelry. This is inconvenient.

The salesperson was absolutely fantastic. she showed me how to dress my new bracelet. she showed me everything that Pandora has to offer. I came out a winner that day! Because of her and the manager that will be my go to store for all my Pandora purchases.

Karen S. was very helpful and knowledgeable and also very professional and pleasant. I admired her jewelry she was wearing that day. I came in for a pick up order and Karen shared with me if I spent a certain amount I could receive a free bracelet, I so happy she shared that. The only thing that I was not happy with that my online purchase would not qualify, for that promotion. Karen was so amazing I took advantage of the promotion. She also mentioned if I took the survey I could save money. Karen is the best I will be back to see her!

Ana helped me and showed me all the products I wanted to see and others. Due to my budget I didn’t get much but Ana took her time to tell me all her sales. I applied for the Pandora card hoping to get approved. Unfortunately I was denied but it’s ok I’m still a huge fan of this store and I’ll be returning to see Ana.. thanks Ana for taking your Time to help me..

The sales associate Eri was super helpful in tracking down the ring I had seen online. I was in and out of the store in a timely manner, and plan on going back to pick out another ring for myself.
