We first went into the store and spoke to Eri and asked him if we could bring my bracelet back because the clasp had broken. He asked if we had it with us and we(me and my daughter) told that we had left it in the car and we would go get it. He said SURE😋 I noticed when we returned that he notice us come back into the store and came back to great us.He exchanged the bracelet, answered all our questions, gave us new information about other items including the two new clips that I bought🤗🤗
