The employees were polite, helpful, made suggestions that I didn’t know about in selection of a gift for my grand daughter. They had a delightful attitude, friendly and kind. They cared about me as a customer not just out to make a sale.

It was a little bit busy when we went in but everyone welcomed us and there was still someone available to assist me as soon as we entered. He was very friendly and approachable, and he was easy to talk to while I tried to make my selections for my first bracelet. My best friend was with me and just from listening to us talking he was able to offer me recommendations and show me other trays for charms that I would like. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back for more charms!
