The salesperson that assisted me during my visit was extremely knowledgeable of the items I wanted to purchase. I did not know the name of the specific charms but as soon as I described them, he knew and got them right away. He asked about my interests and how the charms related to my life. I felt well taken care of by him and felt that he cared about my story. My pandora bracelets are very meaningful to me and he ensured that he carried that importance through his service.
