First off, I want to commend Crystal, the associate who assisted me. She was soooo friendly and seemed to know exactly what I wanted without me having to explain. It was my first time purchasing charms by myself in person so I was a bit never and unsure at first but Crystal helped alot. She explained the sizing variations for me, showed me what options I had based on that size and what she recommends. I liked how everything was displayed or quickly placed to display once requested.
