Alfredo was very helpful and caring after learning that my house was broke in and they stole all my belongings, including my 8 year Pandora collection.

The staff were all very friendly and had a large knowledge of the jewelry. The entire process was very quick and I was never just standing around. The cashier did not hesitate to bring me several sizes of every ring I was interested in to try on

I wanted to purchase some earrings that day and I really fell in love with the earrings that salesman showed me.

The sale associate gave me exactly what I wanted I wanted a bracket that represented the passing of my 2 grandchildren and grandmother and he did just that I was very pleased with his selections

He was willing to clean my existing bracelet for me . He was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the store and selection.

I didn't have to wait in line and I was greeted by an associate as I was walking in the store. The sales associate knew exactly what pieces I was inquiring about. I was able to complete my transaction in as little time as possible.

This was my very first Pandora purchase EVER and I am SO excited about the whole process. Ali was wonderful and honestly made the whole experience much easier for me. I felt overwhelmed with all the options but he really listened and narrowed it down to things I really loved.
