Pandora Jewelry

Yesterday was my birthday and I brought in an old bracelet along with a new one and new charms. Karen helped me build my new bracelet and took so much time with us. She helped me pick out new charms and she helped make my birthday amazing

because I accidentally ordered a charm which I thought I'd already purchased so the sales associate was able to pull up my previous transactions and confirmed i had in fact purchased this item before. I showed her another charm that I was interested in and she found it within in seconds, and exchanged it with the one I already purchased. very helpful and friendly (Ana P 206173)

Esli was very helpful in helping us choose rings- he showed me what mens' rings were available and was very patient in helping my aunt find rings for her. The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I don't go jewelry shopping often, but if I do I definitely go to Pandora.
