I waited in line. When the next associate was available he got me and asked how I was and what can he show me. I was specifically there for the rubber duck charm that is sold out near me. He was able to grab it for me quickly. He also showed me some leather bracelets but I didn’t love the colors. He was very nice

We are visiting from out of state and wandered into the Pandora store. We were promptly waited on by such a nice young man who was very helpful and kind.

I called to check if they had a ring I've been looking for and ana answered. She was very well mannered and very respectful. She held it on hold for me til I got there! She was awesome
