On this visit, we received the best customer service we have ever gotten at any Pandora location. Esli was extremely patient, knowledgeable and fast to recommend different items. He took his time to help us out and showed he cared for us; to help me puck a charm, he even asked me what I like, what my hobbies are or if I like Marvel to show me different options I might like. He looked for all the items we wanted and didn’t give up until he found some earrings I wanted. My sister and I just went looking for two rings, and we left the store not only with the rings, but we left with three charms and a pair of earrings. You can tell Esli really enjoys helping others and has a LOT of patience because we were indecisive about so items and he made the shopping experience very pleasant. Besides that, he had a big smile the entire time. By far, the best person who’ve helped us at Pandora.
