For the past 15 years, I've been a loyal Pandora customer. Pandora has become part of my family, assisting us in creating lasting memories. Millenia Mall in Orlando is my favorite store. I always recieve excellent service. Pandora, you should be proud of the fantastic staff at that location. I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by two of your employees, Fabrielle R. and Ismael, on May 14th, 18:21. I went to the store to purchase the limited addition that was a discount of 30% off, but all the bracelet were sold out. I was attended to by Miss. Fabrielle R, with a sweet smile and a lot of patience and understanding of what I wanted. The store manager, Ismael, was very charismatic and a delight to talk to. 

This was one of the best experiences in jewerly shopping I've ever had. Yamilette was so helpfull, pacient and friendly. The earings for charms are so pretty, I loved the style. Want to come back soon.
