I wasn’t sure want I was looking for. It’s my daughter birthday and I had no idea. Ana greeted she asked who was I shopping for, I kindly explained I wasn’t sure so she let me browse. I had no idea pandora had beautiful butterflies. Ana showed me one with such beautiful messages and my daughter is one of a kind.

Walk in the store just to browse til I saw Pandora not only have silver charms, they also carry 14k plated and ENGRAVED AT THE MOMENT NO WAIT !!!! Ismael and Ana we're amaze!! They not only charged my robot charm they explained to me my clips safety chain and had a koi fish. Also engraved my charm in less then 3 mins!!! I'm beyond satisfied and happen with my pimped out bracelet... Thank you again guys

Pandora has been my number 1 store for a long time. I never had someone like Ana to take her time and show me charms like she did. She had the patience and certainly took her time that really made me feel special. I love when people like Ana take there time and no to feel rushed ! Ana thank you for the time and stories we shared. I'll definitely be back

The associate was so kind and attentive . She bought the manager to me when I had a curious question about product and prices . He was very efficient as well .

The sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me learn how I should place my charms on my bracelet and was very informative. She was also easy to work with.

The person helping me was very helpful. They knew exactly what I wanted and explained to me the sizes available as I was purchasing a ring. I look forward to purchasing in the future.
