Ana was amazing!!!!

I started my stepdaughter her very first bracelet. our sales person was a very nice young lady named Ana or Hannah not sure. but she explained the bracelet with the clips and safety chain. we did the pattern Ana/Hannah recommended for the charms and put clips and the safety chain. she even did a cleaning for my bracelet. I've been shopping at Pandora for years and she really took good care of me and my step daughter. I live in Alabama and they didnt tell me about clips nor safety chain. so again thank you Ana for you help and taking your time to tell us. god bless sweetheart
