Sales associate who help me was Ana. As I was walking towards the entrance she greeted me, asked how my days was going. I was so pleased with this not many retails ask this they just jump right to it. Ana was true helpful i had no idea what to buy my wife !

I was satisfied because the employee Encha D. not only helped me pick our charms, but she also put them on my bracelets for me. We took the time to layout the charms to see how they would look best together.
