Sales rep didn’t acknowledge me in store. Was talking with another associate. I had to ask for help from the store manager who also saw me in the store and didn’t acknowledge me. Horrible customer service experience

When coming into the store there were 3 associates that looked at me when I walked in and did not say anything at all (no acknowledgement at all). Secondly, two were helping customers and the third was standing behind the register doing nothing importance with no acknowledgement at all after I looked at merchandise for over 5 mins. Thirdly, I had to approach her and say something to her about 3 associates in this store and customer service was horrible. Fourth, I had went to different Pandora’s twice in less than 24 hours and North Park Mall was excellent and did not ask for ID and the second store was horrible and I’m very disgusted with that.

Associate went to help a different guest while still helping me. No clear notation of what is off limits to customers

Well you had tthree people work but only one person could come in the store. Then after about 25 minutes I was allowed to come in and look around. Then about 20 minutes later one sales lady came and help me . It wasn’t a good shopping experience.

The sales associate made me feel dumb for asking questions. I ask questions to go over stuff and make sure I’m understanding and adrianna didn’t like that and would look at me with some kind of “really, are you serious” stare then answer my question with horrible!!!!! Attitude

Online ordering was a nightmare I orders several times it wouldn’t process and my gift card still hasn’t been reloaded the site is glitches and now my items are out of stock for it

Associates at this location come across as very indifferent and are not customer service minded. I was lucky enough to find another one of your locations where the girls there are very friendly and will now go there but I will not be returning to your Arlington location inside the mall. Both times I have been there were terrible impressions.

I went to change a bracelet that was damage and buy items that where on sale. Everything that I ask the salesperson didn’t respond or just with a hand gesture showing is there. When I also ask on a bracelet to see if possible to make it smaller her responde was no. Very unprofessional.
