I think sales representatives should treat and greet all customers the same, when i walked in they just looked at me without greeting or smiling, 5 minutes latter a couple of another race walked in to the store and the representative greet them and told them if they had any questions to let him know. for the first 5 minutes that i was in the store they were just talking and neither of them asked if i needed help. I work in retail and I was really disappointed of how i was treated, I still bought from there.

Sales Associate wasn’t very knowledgeable about prices on products. I seemed rushed during the whole transaction

Not enough sales people. How can you clean jewelry with several people waiting for assistance.

Very rude

One of the ladies was so rude, she didn’t want to give us a new pendant, she was going to give us the one on display when we saw they had new ones in the cabinets. She also started gossiping with the situation with one of the sellers in front of us. She was very rude.

Extremely rude associate, one named Olivia. The lady that checked me out wanted to sell me what she wanted instead of what I asked for! Wait was unnecessarily too long with employees standing around instead of checking people out. The cedar hill location of this store was CLOSED for 2 days NOT sure why. The awful service I received was from the Arlington TX Parks mall location.

There were 4 people in there working and only 2 of them waiting on customers. I had to stand around and wait for a long time when I was finally waited on it took me five mins to tell them what I needed and to get checked out. The woman standing in the closet kept looking out but never offered to help. The guy that was standing behind the ther glass stand was folding boxes or what ever he was doing also watch me wait also never ask if I needed anything. Very disappointed. When I walked into the store nobody greeted me to let me know that somebody would be with me shortly. Not good customer service at all.

I was not greeted. I stood around for a few mins, still nothing. I then asked an associate name Cris is this was it in the Pandora Moments case? She pointed to it and said yes that’s it. Then I see a lady next to me with a book. Cris asked her which ones and pulled out some from under the case. Now she just told me that was all they had. So then I found the book, looked for a bit…still not greeted. Finally I stopped someone (Manjyot) walking by and she said she was finishing up a customer. After she came back, I showed her the pic. Brought the charm and left. Needless to say, I’ll NEVER be back to this location. I understand everyone is busy but it takes less than two seconds to acknowledge someone and say,”Good evening. I’m helping someone right now.someone will be with you. Please feel free to look around until someone is available” but to not be greeted and then not be given correct info about products was ridiculous. Maybe the store can see who Chick-fil-A employees go through for their customer service training and take some classes. Horrible experience that I’ll never forget.

The sales person was not helpful nor friendly. I waited 20 minutes to be attended to, l didn’t mind the wait. Because it is a busy period, but sales person was not polite. She rushed me all through my time in the store.

Sales person made a big deal about exchanging a bracelet. I had to show receipt, confirmation of order and tracking info inorder to exchange.
