My reason for going to the store was for an item I purchased online. My order showed that it was delivered but it never was. I got to the mall about 30 minutes before it closed, not knowing of someone else within my group of friends was going to get the bracelet and was asked if I was paying with cash or a card bc they were getting ready to count the drawers. I think I was a little frustrated bc I had to come to the store even though I ordered online for the first time and the package was not delivered and then to be rushed bc they were ready to go was not a good feeling.

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly she was impatient, but i didn’t catch her name.

Maybe because I came to the store near the closing time therefore the sales associate was not that helpful. She did not say much just show me what I wanted to see. Did not offer much info when I asked for opinion. Anyway, I was about to walk out since I don't feel like she really wanted my business. But went ahead and bought the charms that I came in for.

My first Pandora experience was satisfactory. However, management did not schedule the proper personnel at prime time. I was about to walk out after waiting about 20 minutes for someone to help me. The only reason I did not leave is because my mother requested a Pandora charm bracelet for here 80th birthday is the only reason I did not walk out. Your employees were great but they were underman to accommodate your customers. My problem is my wife wants one now I have to come back to your store to buy a charm bracelet. Do I come back to your store and wait in line and be frustrated or find another type of charm bracelet?

Walked in store, was not greeted in which they were busy so I understand but others walked in as soon as a lady was available and she said go ahead and sign in on this note pad that was on top of a earring swirl case. Customers did not know they needed to sign in and also we are busy looking at charms who remembers who came first I know I dont come in the store and count how many ppl are in there I just start to browse. It's a MESS. Lady did not know who to help first nor did we know who to tell her. So frustrating. Like have a table that's says sign in not a flabby sign in notepad hidden on top of a earring case.

The merchandise I received was very had to put on the bracelet! I wasn’t too satisfied that it would be so complicated to put it on the bracelet. Besides that it was a little confusing, my assistantance at the store was good! I really liked the way they treated me.

The Parks Mall store has the worst customer service out of all Pandora stores that I have visited. I try my hardest to rarely go there for that reason. The attendants are rude, they look at you and ignore you. Some may say welcome to Pandora and walk away, some say nothing. The store is very small so if there are a few people you can’t even maneuver around to shop. During the holidays, they had some weird system wit umbers and iPads that on,y maybe one person was following. Otherwise, you stand there for 30 minutes and no assistance. This store ALWAYS has poor customer service and I do mean ALWAYS. Serious customer service training and respect for ALL of your customers needs to occur at this location.

Lack of knowledge, lack personality of the associate. How the merchandise was handled after it was purchased was negligent. Very busy store with a few associates not doing much at all.

The person who helped me complete my check out completely rushed me and was more worried of getting people out. I understand that the store was packed and it was a busy day because of the holidays but that does not give you an excuse to 1. not be friendly 2. not show good customer service 3. hurry me up.
