Not that I was not satisfied. I had my daughter with me whom I was looking for her birthday gift. He did the best he could to keep it on the low while she was around. The store was very small. I purchased and I am happy with my purchase ☺️

The associate was not professional and acted like we was a bother she was not very friendly and she put needs on wrong and upside down had to redo and one was still upside down and I fixed later was not please with her

The sales lady never offer new options or shows more products she was not paying attention on what I was looking for she was just showing the merchandise and never give the extra miles.

Soy cliente de Pandora largo tiempo e incluso en viajes fuera te Tx compro. La joven q me estaba atendiendo fue muy eficiente. Me di cta q es un momento dado la chica fue a buscar algo para mi atrás y la gerente le dijo q estas haciendo y ella contestó. Finamente la gerente la saca mi compra la chica y ella termina y ni siquiera me dejo terminar con la vendedora. Finalmente no se q me iba a dar. Por otro lado iba a comprar más piezas pero por esta actitud me fui. La joven estaba buscando por una garantía y ella no la dejo terminar. Q pena pues era el regalo q quería comprar muchas piezas de ustedes. Eduquen a sus gerentes q uno no se meten en medio de una venta se vio muy mal. Da a entender a tu personal no tiene la capacidad. Triste por demás me perdieron a mi persona y mis 10 personas de mi familia q compraban su producto

Staff not friendly/interested Stock said to be unavailable was in back room... Tried to put my $307 purchase, med O ring necklace/charms in a tiny box...requested proper size..they did, but the eye roll was unnecessary

There was one girl that seemed super friendly helping another customer. However the girl that helped me and another staff seemed too busy to help me. I didn't appreciate it. (the lady that was helping another customer checked on me)

Associate wasn’t super friendly. Seemed like she just wanted me to leave (although I had my order put on hold, walked in, paid and left so I thought that was pretty easy!) nobody else was shopping but 3 associates there. Would’ve liked a friendlier experience.
